Chicken Stew

Chicken, mushroom and potato stew.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast meat, cubed
- 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups water
- 2 tsp chicken stock powder
- bunch of mushrooms
- 5 or 6 potatoes, cubed
- 4-5 carrots, chunked
- 1/2 an onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 Tbsp corn starch
Directions
- Throw all ingredients into a crock pot for 4 hours or instant pot for 20 minutes.
- All vegetables should be soft.
- Mix 1 Tbsp corn starch into 1/3 cup water, add to stew, wait 5 minutes to thicken, serve.
