Never Fail Brownies

Delicious, chocolatey brownies.
Pre-heat oven to 350F
Uses a 9x9 baking dish. Doubled will fill a 9x13 baking dish.
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp canola or vegetable oil
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
Directions
Combine 6 tbsp oil, 1 cup white sugar, 2 eggs, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp vanilla in a bowl.
Mix together.
Add 1 cup flour, and mix in.
Mix 1/2 cup cocoa with enough hot water to make a paste or slurry.
Pour cocoa mix into other ingredients.
Mix until cocoa is completely incorporated into the other ingredients.
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake at 350F for 20 - 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- If after 20 minutes it is still very gooey in the middle, check again in 5 minutes. Leaving it until 30 might result in dry brownies.
