Cream Cheese Icing

Cream cheese icing. It’s good. Goes well with carrot cake.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese at room temp (1 pkg)
- 1/4 cup butter (softened) (1/2 stick)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups icing sugar
Directions
- Blend together 8 oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter and 1 tsp vanilall.
- Add 2 cups icing sugar 1 cup at a time, mixing thoroughly.
Goes well on carrot cake.
