Chocolate Chip Muffins

Tasty chocolate chip muffins.
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips (11 1/2 oz)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Grease 12 muffin cups
- In a large bowl, mix together:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- In another bowl, stir together:
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup melted & cooled butter
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, add the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400F until center seems done or tops bounce when lightly touched.
