Cold Taco Dip
Like a cold taco, goes great with nacho’s.

Ingredients
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 1/1 cups salsa
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Directions
- Brown 1 lb ground beef until no longer pink. Drain, return to heat.
- Add 1 1/2 cups salsa.
- Depending on how watery the salsa is, you may want to simmer off some water to thicken it.
- In a bowl, combine 8 oz cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream, 1 package taco seasoning.
- In a 9 x 11 dish, layer:
- cream mixture
- ground beef and salsa mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Chill in fridge at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Serve cold with nacho chips.
