Double Chocolate Chip Muffins

Tasty muffins, good for just about any time.

Ingredients

Dry

  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Wet

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 350F and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or baking spray.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
  • Into a large liquid measuring cup or bowl, add the wet ingredients.
  • Whisk together with a fork.
  • Add the liquid ingredients into the dry, and mix everything together just until no streaks of flour remain.
  • Divide the batter evenly between the 12 muffin cups.
  • Bake at 350F (175C) for about 23-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of one of the muffins comes out clean.
