Double Chocolate Chip Muffins
Tasty muffins, good for just about any time.

Ingredients
Dry
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Wet
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Directions
- Prepare a 12-cup muffin tin(s) with paper liners or baking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Into a large liquid measuring cup or bowl, add the wet ingredients.
- Whisk together with a fork.
- Add the liquid ingredients into the dry, and mix everything together just until no streaks of flour remain.
- Allow batter to rest for 15 minutes while preheating oven to 400F.
- Divide the batter evenly between the 12 muffin cups.
- Bake at 400F for about 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of one of the muffins comes out clean.
