French Vanilla Cake

Moist, delicious cake.

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
• 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 small box dry instant french vanilla pudding mix
• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup french vanilla coffee creamer
• 1/2 cup whole milk
• 1/3 cup oil
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup sour cream
• 4 egg whites

Directions

• Cream together 1 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup creamer, 1/2 cup milk, 1/3 cup oil, 2 tsp vanilla, 1 cup sour cream, 4 egg whites.
• Combine 1 box french vanilla pudding mix, 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour, 2 1/2 tsp baking powder, and add to wet ingredients, being careful not to overmix them.
• Bake at 350F for 30 - 40 minutes.
