Chicken Club Pasta Salad
A delicious pasta salad, with added protein from chicken breast and bacon.

Ingredients
- 12 - 14 oz Cellentani or another fun shape pasta
- 3/4 cup italian style dressing
- 1/4 mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 9 - 12 slices bacon, crispy and crumbled
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken (poached would work nicely)
- 8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cubed Muenster or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 medium red pepper, chopped
- 1 avocado, chopped
Directions
- Cook 12 - 14 oz pasta, rinse under cold water and drain.
- Whisk together 3/4 cup italian dressing, 1/4 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 tsp black pepper in a large bowl.
- Stir in cooked pasta, 2 cups chopped chicken, 9-12 slices of bacon, 8 oz cherry tomatoes, 1 cup chopped cheese, 1 chopped red pepper, 1 chopped avocado.
Serve immediately, or chill covered up to 4 hours.
