Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
A refreshing side, or even a meal of fruit and tortilla.

Ingredients
Salsa
- 1 large banana, chopped
- 1 large honey crisp apple, chopped
- 8 oz of chopped fresh strawberries
- 1 1/2 tsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp white sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Tortilla Chips
- 3 Tbsp white sugar
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 8 or 9 8 inch tortillas (Mission soft taco size)

Directions
Salsa
- Mix the apple, banana, strawberries, 1 1/2 tsp lime juice, 1 Tbsp white sugar, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp nutmeg together.
- Chill up to 20 minutes.
Tortilla chips
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a small bowl, mix together 3 Tbsp white sugar and 3 tsp cinnamon.
- Cut each 8 inch tortilla into 8 wedges.
- In a larger bowl, put up to 12 or 16 tortilla wedges.
- Spray the wedges with baking spray, using hands to help coat them.
- Sprinkle sprayed wedges with sugar / cinnamon mix, using hands to coat evenly.
- Arrange wedges on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake wedges for 5 minutes, flip them (definitely flip them!!), and bake another 5 minutes until crispy.
- Remove hot wedges to a bowl to cool.
- Repeat as needed until all wedges are baked.
