Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
Wet
- 1 cup of butter (two sticks), room temperature;
- 1 cup packed brown sugar;
- 1/2 cup white sugar;
- 2 eggs, room temperature;
- 1 tsp vanilla
Dry
- 1 1/2 cups flour;
- 1 tsp baking soda;
- 1 tsp cinnamon;
- 3 cups oats (quick or old fashioned);
- 1 cup raisins.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F;
- Cream together 1 cup butter, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar;
- Add 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla, beat until combined;
- In another bowl, combine the 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking soday, and 1 tsp cinnamon, and then mix into the wet ingredients;
- Stir in 3 cups oats, and then finally the 1 cup of raisins.
- Drop onto a lined cookie sheet, and bake at 350 F for 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown.
